sounds like an advantage for forced air. if the house stays cooler for
more of the day, there's a net energy savings compared to hot water...
the water in the system itself doesn't add much thermal mass compared to
the house, say 25 btu/f vs 1,000, for a 32x32x8' tall house with 128' of
3/4" pipe and 2,000 ft^2 of 1/2" drywall.
