wein's displacement law says 50 f (283 k) black body radiation peaks
at l = 10.2 microns. plank's law says the radiation at wavelength l is
c1/(l^5(exp(c2/l-1), where c1 = 3.74x10^-16m^2/w and c2 = 0.013879 mk.
so, what percentage of this radiation is absorbed?
