not if the foam is steam-injected, vs chemically-injected. premier's faq
(www.pbspanel.com) has this to say about their steam-injected sips:
fire tests have also been conducted which compare eps foam insulation
with douglas fir. as you can see, eps produces less toxic fumes than
a burning piece of wood.
