maybe not. if the glass absorbs 2% of the heat and fresnel-reflects 8% and
it can be 200 f on a 100 f day under n suns, with 1.5 btu/h-f of thermal
conductance to still air, 250x0.02n = (200-100)2x1.5, so n = 60 suns.
it might focus onto a water-cooled target.
