sounds like you are wondering whether you can add some water heating
pipes around the inner chimney without spoiling the oil burner draft.
this doesn't have much to do with alt.solar.thermal, ie "practical uses
of the sun's heat." i've reposted it in sci.engr.heat-vent-ac...
