1. a surface that evaporates water does not become cooler
than the surrounding air.
2. if it did, it would not cool the surrounding air.
3. an evaporator coil that condenses water out of the air passing
the coil does not have a higher heat transfer rate than the same
coil at the same temperature and the same dry airflow rate, with
basic criminal physics :-)
