better: it's half the usual number of pv cells under 2 suns, behind
winston non-imaging reflector troughs. the pvs are attached to copper
water pipes for cooling, aka water heating.
a typical panel produces 150 w electric and 1600 w of water heating at
the same time, using pv cells that would produce 75 watts under 1 sun.
