an exterior sunshade with a radiator underneath, with a modine fan coil unit
inside and a heater? call zomeworks at (800) 279-6342. ask about cool cells.

a 10x10x10' building with 500 ft^2 of walls and ceiling?

>(outdoor temps never worse than -15 deg.)

so the heater needs to make about (32-(-15))x500ft^2/r4 = 6000 btu to keep
the building from freezing. some drums full of water or batteries inside
will help. what is the max summer temp? will the transmitter work at 70 c?
can the main heatmaking components be thermally-coupled to the ground?

about 25k btu/hr...

remove the insulation, fill it with oil :-) and put the radiator on the side?

oh good. the heater will hardly ever have to turn on.

perhaps you are locked into gas-pumping.

if so, consult your local hvac criminal.
