i suspect the latter, since don didn't mention herr h.
btw, michael lamb at the us doe's energy efficiency and renewable energy
hotline (800) 363-3732 says winter humidification wastes energy. he also says
to call back with any further questions before 12/31/03, when the hotline
will disappear, after 20 some years, given current us funding priorities.
