this sounds like a good one, if you have something to ferment and a solar
still in a sunspace. perhaps anhydrous alcohol could also be used to store
solar heat, as with a concentrated lithium chloride solution. how much heat
is released when a gallon of alcohol absorbs a pound of water vapor?
