you might drill some holes in the lighting fixtures so most of the heat
doesn't end up in the water, and run the air pump output through 100' of
tubing so it won't heat the water much, and let some of the water evaporate
into room air. suppose the tank were 2' deep x 4' wide, with 8 ft^2 of water
surface exposed to 78 f 50% rh room air with a 60ish wet bulb temp, and
you blew some air over the water with a tiny fan and a cooling thermostat...
