i used to pour oil-change oil into a big funnel with a few rags stuffed
into it over my oil burner tank in the basement. why not french fry oil
as well? if the veg gets over 50%, perhaps we could add a small heating
oil tank and a veggie oil heater and solenoid valves that automatically
start and finish the burn on heating oil, as in a grease car. there's a
simple grease car conversion workshop near allentown, pa on 9/24. see
http://www.paenergyfest.com.
