frugal outdoor christmas lights

1. buy sears 140 bulb 48' light set (with exciting "chase" pattern)
   for $9.99 - 40% - 10%.

2. buy a $5 2'x8'x3/4" piece of styrofoam board. 

3. sketch out seasonal message in great big letters.

4. drill 1/4" holes 3" apart along letters.  

5. push lights through holes, with the wiring on the back.

6. display seasonal message.
