a techy friend says he believes that australia will be the world's major
energy source, someday, using vast arrays of pvs and electrolysis to make
hydrogen out of water, and shipping liquid hydrogen all over the world. 

he says part of the reason it will happen there is that australians are
just like americans were years ago, greeting new ideas with enthusiasm,
vs. lists of reasons why they cannot be implemented.
