well, 200yardsxtan(30) is 346 feet, so you need to push at least
346ftx0.43 psi/ft = 149 psi, and moving a pound of water per second
takes 346ft-lb/s/550ft-lb/s/hp = 0.62 horsepower, and a human can't
make much more than 0.2 horsepower for long, so i guess you might
raise 0.2/0.62 = 0.32 pounds of water per second, or 2.4 gallons per
minute. so if you used, say 50 gallons of water per day, you might
be pumping hard 21 hours a day, and generating about 3 kwh per day,
which might come from a $10k 1 kw peak pv setup.
maybe you can find a water source uphill, or run your graywater
back down the hill to a lower micro-hydro generator, or reuse it
by evaporating and condensing it inside a greenhouse...
