that is a septic tank, fool. you might feel safer in the upside-down
version well-lashed to deadmen under the 22 55-gallon water drums.
that brings the weight up to 14 tons, and you might berm 3' of earth
around it for streamlining.
the drums would also raise the time constant to 56 days, so
it would only cool from 70 f to 65 f over a cloudy 30 f week :-)
