that can make cold dry air, moving about 3 kwh of heat for each kwh
of electrical energy consumed, but water-cooled air is potentially
a lot more efficient, pumping through large pipes with zero head,
and using a large slow fan-coil unit. condensation can help.
living near round lake, wi (outside of downtown dundee, pop 550)
i noticed it takes even less energy and equipment to fall out of
a boat or go swimming on a hot day, and enjoyed lazy backstroking
in that upper layer of sun-warmed murky water not found in clear
water swimming pools.
btw, the density peak for water occurs at about 39 vs 55 f.
